GLAAD is the world’s largest LGBTQ media advocacy organization. They pride themselves on ensuring that authentic LGBTQ stories are seen, and heard in the media by increasing the media’s accountability. In addition, they host many annual events such as the GLAAD Media Awards, Transgender Day of Visibility, and Spirit Day.
